The staff was always available. I secured tickets to Musée d'Orsay through Renoud before my arrival. Our room had a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the bathroom. It was well appointed.

I was not advised of this beforehand.

dinner suggestion taxi arrangement high housekeeping standards room cleanliness

the staff provided dinner suggestions and personally escorted us to the restaurant (just a few blocks away). they promptly arranged taxis whenever needed and waited outside to assist. housekeeping maintained high standards with twice-daily bed making and fresh towels each evening. i was impressed by the cleanliness and overall service.
